​Trip Cancellation

In case of outright cancellation of the trip by all, Kiyiira Ltd will reimburse the amounts paid except in unforeseen circumstances or in case of (force majeure), net of any amounts withheld as cancellation indemnities, by applying the following scale:

In the event of cancellation you may be required to pay further costs in addition to your nonrefundable deposit. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges. The cancellation receipt date will be the day the cancellation fees will be applied. Please note that the cancellation of any member of your party may affect the room occupancy/type and price for your booking as we reserve the right, in this case, to transfer the remaining members of your party to alternative accommodation, which may be at a supplement.

We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your holiday. For example, if the minimum number of guests required for a particular holiday is not reached. We will inform you as soon as possible and you will have the choice of: - Having a refund of all monies paid •
- Or accepting an offer of alternative travel date of comparable standard from us, if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value). This would exclude independent travel arrangements.

Cancellation requests must be notified to Kiyiira Ltd by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to 'Kiyiira Ltd, Suite 6, 43 Ray Mercer Way, Worcestershire, DY10 1NY'. You should also send an email to tours(at)kiyiira.com to notify us of the cancellation.

The date used to determine the cancellation indemnities due will be the date of issue of the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, with the postmark being used as proof. In the event of cancellation on behalf of a third party, the written authorisation of the interested party is mandatory and must be attached to the cancellation request, even if the booking was made on behalf of the third party concerned. The relevant reimbursements will be paid to the payer, unless the latter states otherwise in writing.

Price reductions and promotional offers

The price reductions or special offers mentioned on the website https://www.kiyiira.com, like any other price reduction or promotional offer offered by Kiyiira are not retrospective and are non-cumulative unless otherwise stated. In this regard, it is specified that the promotional offers of Kiyiira Ltd, primarily agree with the specific conditions of the offer, then with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. They do not concern travelers who have already booked their Package at the date of the offer.

How to pay for your trip

The purchaser must have the ability to contract, that is to say, be at least 18 years old, be legally able to contract and not be under guardianship or trusteeship. He/she guarantees the accuracy of the information provided by him/her or by any member of his/her family.

If you are booing your trip more than a four-calendar months before departure a personalised payment plan can be arranged by request. This will split your payments over in equal monthly payments with the final payment 30-day prior to departure.
A £200 nonrefundable deposit applies (per adult and child). Discounts will be applied as shown on at the time of purchase.

If booking the trip with less than a three-calendar months before departure the cost is as shown on the booking form. Discounts will as shown at the time of purchase.

Your reservation for the trip will only be confirmed when kiyiira Ltd receives the amount specified on your booking confirmation. Should we not receive the payment by the specified date agreed on your booking confirmation, the booking will be canceled. 

Once we have accepted your full payment and the monies are reflecting into our account the trip will be considered confirmed. All reservations must be made by debit/credit cards unless otherwise agreed.

Travelling from outside the UK

If you are booking your trip from outside of the UK, you are responsible for securing a flight to arrive as early as possible on the first day of the trip and send the itinerary to 'tour(at)kiyiira.com'

Kiyiira Ltd reserves the right to only accept credit card or bank transfers within 30 days of departure, to the exclusion of any other means of payment, for payment of the price of the Trip.
